Welcome to Mars! In a near future, Earth’s bigwigs pushed deeper into our solar system during a period of time known as the “Mars Rush.” Hundreds of colonization efforts exploded towards the red planet until the human costs became too high to ignore. When mankind abandoned Mars, they left thousands of automated robots behind, unaware that their mission was over.

In the decades since, many robots developed self-awareness amidst the harsh realities of Mars. Most formed communities, repurposing abandoned tech to form shelter. Some ventured across the red desert to uncover truths hidden beneath the sand while others took up arms in order to rule this new planet of misfit toys.
